Shipping Policy for Bralton Books
At Bralton Books, we aim to deliver your order quickly and efficiently. Our shipping methods, delivery times, and prices may vary depending on your location and the type of product you have purchased.
Digital Goods
Digital products, including eBooks and audiobooks, are delivered instantly via email through our partner BookFunnel.
- Delivery: Instant, sent to the email address on record with Shopify.
- Note: Please check your email, including the spam and promotions folders, if you don’t receive your download link within a few minutes.
Physical Products
We offer a variety of shipping methods for physical goods, such as print books and merchandise, depending on the type of product and shipping option chosen. Shipping prices and delivery times will vary accordingly.

Print Books (Unsigned): Our print products are shipped directly from the printing facility. Estimated shipping times for these products are as follows:
- To Spain: 3 to 5 working days
- To the rest of Europe: 3 to 5 working days
- To the US: 5 to 7 working days
- To other international destinations: 7 to 10 working days
Tracking may be included depending on the chosen shipping method.

Signed Print Books: These will be shipped from either Spain, the UK or the US depending on stock. We aim to ship all signed books within 5 working days. After shipping, delivery times depend on the selected shipping method but should arrive within 5 working days under normal circumstances.
Please note: Shipping delays may occur due to strikes or other unforeseen circumstances. -
Merchandise: Our merchandise is produced and shipped via Printful and La Tostadora. Fulfillment usually takes 3–7 business days, and shipping times depend on your location:
- To Spain: 3–7 working days
- To the rest of Europe: 6–8 working days
- To the US: 3–4 working days
- To Australia: 2–14 working days
- Other international destinations: 10–20 working days
Shipping Methods & Tracking
Shipping methods and tracking availability depend on your chosen shipping option. At checkout, you will be presented with various shipping methods, and the price will vary accordingly. Some methods include tracking, while others may not.
- Tracking: Available on most shipping methods but not guaranteed for all options. Please review the available shipping choices and select the one that best fits your needs.
Where Will My Order Ship From?
- Digital Goods (eBooks & Audiobooks): Delivered directly via BookFunnel from our digital platform.
- Print Books (Unsigned): Printed by BookVault and shipped from either the UK or the US.
- Signed Print Books: Shipped from either the UK or the US depending on available stock.
- Merchandise: Fulfilled and shipped via Printful, with locations depending on your country.
Lost & Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived by the expected delivery date, please take the following steps before contacting us:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any errors in the delivery address.
- Visit your local post office to check if they are holding your package.
- Ask your neighbors if the package was left with them.
- Look in your spam or promotions folder for a missing BookFunnel email.
If your order has not arrived or is missing, please contact us immediately at braltonbooks@gmail.com with your order number. Our Customer Service team will assess the situation and provide an appropriate solution.
Incorrect or Damaged Products
If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please email a photo or video of the damage to braltonbooks@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. Our team will inspect the issue and provide a solution, such as a replacement or refund if needed.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds or replacements for faults reported after 14 days.
Lost Packages & Incorrect Shipping Information
We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before confirming your order. If a package is returned due to incorrect address information, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees.
Delivery to EU Countries
For all orders shipped to European Union (EU) countries, if your total order value is under 150€ (excluding taxes and delivery charges), VAT and duties will be paid at checkout. This means that the price you see at checkout is the final price, and there will be no additional fees upon delivery.
Shipping Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, strikes, or customs. For Christmas and other busy periods, we recommend ordering in advance to avoid any shipping delays.
