Refund & Returns Policy for Bralton Books
We are sorry to hear that there may be an issue with your purchase. At Bralton Books, we are dedicated to ensuring that our products are of the highest quality and reach you in the best possible condition. Please review our Returns & Refund Policy below to determine the next steps if you’ve encountered any issues with your order.
Digital Products
Since digital products are instant downloads and due to widespread piracy concerns, there are NO refunds or returns on ebooks or audiobooks. We encourage you to make use of sample chapters available on our website and on SoundCloud for audiobooks to ensure satisfaction before making your purchase.
If you experience any problems with downloading, please contact our ebook delivery service at help@bookfunnel.com. They are very responsive and will assist you in quickly getting your purchase.
If you didn’t receive your confirmation or Bookfunnel email with the download link, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still can’t find it, you can reach out to us at braltonbooks@gmail.com.
In the event you accidentally place a duplicate order, kindly notify us within 14 days of purchase by emailing us at braltonbooks@gmail.com.
Physical Products
Please note that we cannot accept returns for personalized products, such as signed books or custom merchandise. All sales of personalized items are final, and no refunds are available for such items.
For non-personalized items, including books and merchandise, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Returns must be received by us within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags still attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at braltonbooks@gmail.com. Items should be returned to our store address in Spain. Please contact us before shipping the item.
If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. We will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your return. Please note that we will not accept returns sent to us without prior authorization. Shipping times for returns may vary depending on your location.
Faulty Products
If a product in your order is faulty, please email a photo or video of the fault to braltonbooks@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
Once we inspect the issue, our Customer Service team will offer an appropriate solution based on the results. If the product is deemed faulty, we will provide a free replacement or a full refund.
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for faults reported after 14 days of delivery.
Lost & Delayed Orders
All of our orders are tracked, and tracking information will be sent to your email or phone via SMS once your order has been dispatched.
If you have not received tracking details or if your order appears to be missing, please reach out to us as soon as possible at braltonbooks@gmail.com.
Once we assess the situation, we will offer an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances. Please be aware that we do not issue refunds for orders where the shipping address is incorrect or incomplete, or if the recipient refuses the parcel.
In the case of a delay with your order, we do not issue refunds. If there’s a significant delay, please contact braltonbooks@gmail.com to discuss your situation.
Abuse of Refund Policy
Refunds may be denied if we determine there has been abuse of our refund policy. All returns and refunds are at the discretion of Bralton Books.
